A very Happy Christmas from all your friends at The Castle!

  • Exeter Cathedral Choir: Christmas carols, entertainment and fun in aid of the Exeter Cathedral Third Millennium Campaign.
    Friday, 9 December at 6.30pm – Mulled wine & Concert £20; Mulled wine, sConcert & Dinner with wine and entertainment between the courses £89
  • During the Christmas Shopping Season, late night shoppers on Thursdays can enjoy a Festive Fixed Price Menu (2-courses for £12; 3-courses for £15), available before 7pm and after 9pm… And add a 375ml carafe of house wine for only £6!
  • The Academy of Ancient Music returns to The Castle for a weekend of Baroque and classical music on period instruments. JS Bach, Telemann, Scarlatti and others. Four concerts – Friday, 27th January through Sunday, 29th January. Concert tickets £20.
  • Wine Seminar, tasting & lunch: “Old World vs New World” Guests will be invited to compare and contrast the styles of the principal grape varieties from the Old and New Worlds under the expert guidance of Mike Lury of Corney & Barrow. The Seminar will start at 11.00am and conclude with lunch. Date: Thursday, 2nd February, 2012. Price:£49 pp to include all tasting wines, lunch and wines with lunch.
