The seminar will be a really interactive session, each business owner attending will leave with an outline sales process plan to run their sales and customer service activity for the next quarter.

The session will include,

  • understanding the customer journey, 
  • what activities you can use to influence their buying choices, 
  • how you can ensure the quality of these activities is high, 
  • what methods a business can put in place to ensure customer loyalty and referral business,  
  • how you can implement and measure your sales success. 

People should come if they

  • want to better understand how to response to their client’s needs
  • increase the number of clients they have, 
  • increase the productivity of their sales force (whether that ‘force’ is them or someone else!), 
  • or generally make their business more sales savvy!

The Important Details

For the seminar coffee from 10am and seminar starts 10.30am and runs until 11.45am

For the networking lunch – pre-lunch drinks and informal networking from 11.45am, sit down for lunch at 12.30pm.

Event finishes at 2pm

Cost of event – seminar, coffee, 2 course served lunch with wine and coffee and numerous decision makers – £30.00* (Inc VAT) per person

Car parking is available at the hotel is complimentary to attendees to this event. Car parking spaces are subject to availability.  Alternative car parking is available in the NCP car park, at the back of the hotel, for £4.50 for four hours
