Why sales people fail and what to do about it
Most business owners don’t consider themselves to be ‘Sales Professionals’. They consider themselves to be consultants, web designers, lawyers, manufacturers, etc. They spend years honing their technical skills but are often frustrated that they are not winning enough new clients.
But when it comes to their ‘Selling Skills’ they are usually winging it, having had little expert training or guidance. And if they have sales people, their sales people are usually winging it too!
There are some key things that people do wrong in the sales process, meaning they end up wasting a lot of time, doing a lot of ‘proposals’, struggling to ‘close the deal’ and missing out on deals they should have won!
In order for your company to succeed, you and your people need the skills and processes to be truly effective ‘Sales Professionals’.
Cost of event is £32.50 (Inc VAT) covering seminars, coffee, 2 course served lunch with drinks, delegate list, free car parking
