Colin is the founder and visionary leader of Gameplans. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming with a Diploma in Advanced Executive Coaching and 24 years’ experience of leadership as a Royal Navy officer, Colin is the Development Director at Gameplans and heads up a team of experienced coaches.
