Great Success for BNSW members- thanks to a Christmas raffle!

Last year at the Exeter Business Network Christmas event, ESW Solutions won a day’s coaching with Bidcoach who offer specialist presentation skills and coaching; training people in effective communication skills for success in business.

ESW Solutions Ltd are a conference and events company, who won the days coaching with a Bidcoach business consultant. ESW had just been invited to tender for a national federations annual convention and were acutely aware that they would need to give an extremely strong presentation to stand any chance of winning this high profile and lucrative business.

A team of three people from ESW were to deliver the presentation and with two of the team having not delivered a formal business proposal in these circumstances before the day of training was perfectly timed. In the space on just one days coaching and encouragement Bidcoach were able to build a framework and storyboard for the presentation and more noticeably increase all three presenters confidence and presentation skills to the levels of competence that the presentation would require.

Rob Watson, ESW Solutions business development manager described the training as “enlightening and powering for the team,”  and went on to say that their success in winning this tender was in no small part due to the structure and confidence gained during the training. “I can say without doubt we would look to use The Bid Coach for guidance in future tender processes.”
