Just a Thought… from The Bid Coach

March 26, 2012

Just a thought!

“The most important thing with communication is to hear what isn’t being said”

Peter Drucker (1909 – 2005) Writer & Management Consultant.

Listen for obvious ommissions from the communication and then question why these occured.
Be aware of the tone used. Was it consistent with the words spoken?
What did the body language tell you about the unspoken communication?.

The people we have worked with are;  More confident & assured presenters; Win more often; Have gained long term & transferable skills
