CSR – Livin’ la Vida Loca in St James’s Place!

Following the latest Exeter Business Network lunch I had the pleasure of sitting with Rick Credland Proctor of St James’s Place Wealth Management.

Rick spoke at length about an aspect of the business that is certainly one of the best kept secrets!

Formed in 1992, the Foundation is the charitable arm of the St. James’s Place Wealth Management Group and has so far raised a total of £24 million.

The St. James’s Place Foundation funds hundreds of projects each year and to ensure its needs can be supported it relies heavily on the generosity and actions of Partners and staff to raise vital funds.

The Foundation supports hundreds of charities under the following themes:

• Cherishing the Children
• Combating Cancer
• Supporting Hospices

On a local level the West of England School and College  has had a new interactive floor and around £10,000 came from St. James’s Place Foundation.
