• Following the huge success of last year’s inaugural Taunton Literary Festival, The Castle will be hosting the opening day of this year’s LitFest with an exciting triple bill on Saturday, 22nd September. Sir Roger Carrick at 11.00am followed by Alexander Waugh at 4.00pm and Felix Francis at 6.30pm. As always, there will be an exclusive opportunity to eat and drink with the authors after their talks! • The Reunion – Murder Mystery Evening : Join us on Friday, 28th September 2012 at 7.00pm when a group of amateur theatre luvvies will be reunited on the understanding that they could be in with a chance of finally hitting the big time. But all too soon the past, and the suspected murder of a former company member, is dragged into the present with some dramatic results…
