The HR Dept and Mango Personnel are delighted to announce that we will shortly be holding the next in our series of Step by Step Guides.This session will be a Step by Step Guide to HR Essentials and the aim is to help business owners and managers of SMEs to understand what their legal obligations are if they employ staff.

This workshop has been designed specifically with business owners and managers of SMEs in mind.
We aim to help you understand exactly what your legal obligations are if you employ staff, to provide you with the tools that will help you remain compliant and to pass on knowledge and information that will help you deal with any issues that arise fairly, legally and promptly.
During the workshop we will provide you with an overview of:
• Storing personnel records
• Employer’s liability insurance
• Recruitment
• Payroll
• Inducting new starters and probationary periods
• Holiday, sickness and other absence
• Pensions
• Dealing with conflict and resolving problems –
