Some of you have been asking me about the menu for our Gastronomic evening on Friday, 26th of this month.  And here it is!

As you can see from the wines matching Chef Liam Finnegan’s menu, you will be treated to a grand tour of some of the finest white Burgundies and red Bordeaux we could find for the occassion.

But first, gather for a champagne welcome – fine canapés will accompany Delamotte Blanc de Blancs NV, Mesnil Sur Oger in magnums.
