Okay, guys, we know you hate going to the doctor or the therapist, so we are making it easy – Exeter Mind and Body Clinic are coming to you – and it’s in a good cause! (Fundraising for St Loyes’ Positive Opportunities which helps people with autism in Devon access training, volunteering & employment).
We are offering a limited amount of short sessions after the February Business SouthWest lunch. You make a donation of £10 minimum to St Loyes and we give a little bit of ease to that stiff neck and shoulders, bad back or other problem areas, along with professional guidance.
You must book in advance as available sessions are very limited – call Cathy on 07989 564660 to book or to help you choose what will work best for you.

“Managing Performance at Work”
  • If poor performance is not dealt with it can cost businesses huge amounts of money and time and can create havoc in the business, losing or driving away customers, upsetting valued employees and destroying relationships with suppliers.
  • The seminar will provide advice on recognising the different types of poor performance along with practical tips on managing it from initial discussions to dismissal. There will also be a brief overview of whether recent changes in the law have made it easier for employers to sack poorly performing staff.
