Before the lunch and included in the price a chance to learn from an expert about 6 Effective Ways to Use Social Media for Business

Hosted by Chris Wood q social media

Social Media has been around since 1996 when eBay developed it’s “Open Forum Customer Feedback”

Many of us don’t know our Twitter from our Tumblr, or our Facebook from our Flickr? Our LinkedIn from our Blog? We all could be missing a huge well of potential new customers for our business that is lying untapped right now!
A recent survey by Research In Motion, the makers of BlackBerry, found that 69 per cent of SME’s using social networks felt it helped them to compete more effectively with larger competitors. The research found that 53 per cent of business leaders who utilise social networking were pursuing a growth strategy while among those who don’t use it, 70 per cent were focused purely on cash management.
It’s understandable that many businesses are yet to take full advantage of social media – experts at research consultancy TNS, who recently completed a survey of more than 72,000 consumers in 60 countries concluded that businesses are losing time and money online with ineffective social media strategies.
This seminar will give you effective strategies that you could undertake to implement and use social media more effectively for your business – covering LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook. For example: How to build your following to your customer base and then utlitise these connections, What content to share online and how to encourage others to share it, How to use social media to impact your presence on Google to help your business be found more often, How to prospect and introduce yourself to new businesses via social media, How to track how it is working and further develop over time.
Any particular queries you would like covered please email chris@qsocialmedia.co.uk
