Workplace pension law has changed. Every employer in the UK will be required to help their workers save for retirement.
Employers must automatically enrol certain employees into a Qualifying Workplace pension scheme and will need to make a contribution towards it. Even if you already offer pension arrangements for your workers, you will still have some new obligations to meet.
LP Auto Enrolment Solutions has been created with one aim – to assist employers with their duties and obligations under the Pension Automatic Enrolment rules. These new duties will bring challenges to every employer in the UK.
  • Assess your workforce
  • Identify who to automatically enrol
  • Choose a pension scheme
  • Register with the regulator
  • Make contributions
  • Process any opt-out notices
  • Process opt-in or joining requests
  • Avoid inducements and prohibited activity
  • Keep accurate records
  • Provide workers with information about the changes
This seminar will enable you to start on your journey to make plans and to tackle the issues that Pension Automatic Enrolment presents your business and is aimed at those who employ people, those who need to know more but are unsure where to start and those who have may taken the first steps but need clarification on what to do next. Business advisors, such as coaches, accountants or IT professionals who want to give clients informed advice would also benefit from this.
Coffee served from 10.00am – seminar starts at 10.30am and runs until 11.45am
Followed by THE Networking Lunch
Pre lunch drinks and informal networking from 11.45am. Sit down for 2 course lunch with coffee at 12.30pm
You sit with other decision makers – none of whom do what you do. There is a table host at each table and you have a 3 minute presentation to do for the others around your table – enthuse and inspire and build relationships. PLUS you will have a copy of the seating plan which lists everyone attending , their name, business name and what their business does and importantly what table they are sat on enabling you to network the room – more business building opportunities!
