Confidence With Disability In The Workplace

A message from the organiser – Chris Catt…

For some time we, that is Chris Catt of The Life Coach Station and Belinda Newton from the HR Dept, were aware that more joined approach around resolving issues with disability in the workplace is needed.

This seminar brings together much of my practical solution focused approach based on 20 years of helping employers with their disability in the workplace issues, my own personal experiences with disability and Belinda’s incredible knowledge, insight on employment legislation together in to a unique double act.

We believe that most employers lack ‘Confidence with Disability’, which is backed up by the Government’s drive to see more employers becoming ‘Disability Confident’.  Those of you still reading this should take advantage of the Early Bird price and find out what you can do to make a start in becoming more confident in employing those with disabilities.

Who Should Attend?

The seminar has been created to provide answers you may have, you may hope other people will ask, but you would still like to know.

1) An overview of the legislation around disability in the workplace explained – what you need to know.

2) The opportunity to resolve real issues which often benefit everyone.
