Leonardo Da Vinci at April’s Exeter Business Network event!
A report from the event by Sean Humby……….
“Time stays long enough for anyone who will use it.”
“Men of lofty genius when they are doing the least work are most active.”
Leonardo Da Vinci b 15/4/1452
Two quotes that sum up the Exeter Business Network event at Sandy Park on 15th April. An event packed full of knowledge, connections, conversations and enthusiasm as those attending networked over coffee, over drinks and over lunch!
The event began with a brilliant seminar hosted by Alex Wren of Bitpod who hosted a packed seminar room and delivered an invaluable seminar on “Reverse Marketing” – full of a wealth of valuable information looking at the customer journey, the key ways that we as business owners can influence and engage customers on their journey and even the life cycle of a product/service! In essence on how we can “stop selling and instead help people buy”
Throughout Alex’s seminar there was the chance to not only ask questions but answer those that Alex posed – and when you answered – guess what there was chocolate!
For more details then feel free to contact Alex – Call: 01392 555 123 or Email: alex@bitpod.co.uk
A fabulous lunch was enjoyed by all of these people…..
The speaker was Sally Burn-Jones of Burn-Jones Wealth Management who did indeed make pensions exciting! With all of the changes taking place since 6th April 2015 we all need expert advice to ensure that we are making the right decisions for our retirement – Sally showed the following which does show the plethora of options….
and then delivered some very important details on how we can plan properly and maximise the way in which can ensure that our retirement (whenever that maybe!) will be as we would want it to be! You can contact Sally – 01803 862546

And the event ended with a quote or 2 on friendship……..

And
“Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another “What you too, I thought I was the only one” C.S Lewis
