Business Network SW has been operating successfully since 1993 and because we target senior decision-makers it is all about establishing meaningful business relationships – not a ‘hard sell’.

Research has long supported the view that networking is a key factor in the success of fast growth companies. It allows the business person to build new business relationships, ‘knowledge share’ and generate business opportunities at the same time. Many business people prefer face-to-face networking opportunities because they prefer actually knowing and meeting who they intend to do business with. But don’t just take our word for it – come and chat to our members and let then tell you why they find our format so effective.

Business Seminar before lunch hosted by Steve Tasker – Your Finance Director

‘Numbers in plain English’

Your relationship with your accountancy services provider should be more than the once or twice a year meeting to sign off accounts and tax returns. Would you rather be getting an idea what your likely tax bill is going to be as your financial year progresses rather than wait for the ‘shock’ once a year?

“an opportunity to lift the veil on the numbers essential for you to plan and grow your business.”

  • “what is an accountant?”
  • planning,
  • budgeting,
  • profit,
  • cashflow,
  • pricing and more.

ABOUT STEVE – “30 years of post qualification experience in the service and in managing accounts and financial planning for businesses and am a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA / CGMA).  Over the years I have worked in many fields including: house building, distribution, telecoms, electronics and the financial services industries.  Typically, I work with SMEs (Small to Medium Businesses) in Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire and surrounding areas of the South-West of England.”

Coffee and networking from 10.00am – seminar starts at 10.30am and runs until 11.45am. (optional, always rewarding, included in the price and a great networking opportunity)

Followed by THE Networking Lunch

Drinks and informal, free range networking from 11.45am.  Sit down at 12.30pm for 2 course networking lunch with coffee.  Finishing at 2pm ish as we have….
