The logic is that from the smallest to the largest organisations,there are key indicators which we can measure internally which are accurate forecasters for future success.

If you only measure success using your financial results, you are managing by looking at your rear view mirror.  For many of us, a lot of effort and time is expended before we get a sniff of a clients money.  Therefore if you are only looking at those numbers you cannot see what is coming down the line.

For many of us, as non financial people we are much more comfortable measuring real life activity, the number of sales inquiries or number of customers.  We understand these numbers better and how they relate to each – how we can influence them to get the results we are looking for.

And this is the area we will be exploring in the seminar – understanding our numbers, how they relate, and more importantly how we can easily measure them and report them.

1.30pm – table to table networking – with your delegate list you will be able to locate and introduce yourself to others. As a member at subsequent events you will be sat with different people
